Site of icehouse associated with Aitkenhead House. The site was formerly the SE corner of the estate of Aitkenhead House (now King's Park) however the construction of Croftpark Avenue cut off the corner of the park and left the icehouse site on the south side of the road. It is likely yhat the icehouse itself was demolished when the road was built leaving only the drain (not visible).
