Tiny pot taking part of surface stream. Thin strip of limestone varying in width 150-100 m running N then NE terminating at old ferry pier at Totaig shown on geological maps for Glenelg. Due to NE slope surface water follows line of limestone but does not penetrate.
Alternate Names: Pol Allt Aoinidh, Steep Stream Pot
Notes: The suggested alternative name comes from the adjacent stream. The meaning of Aoinidh is obscure but could translate as 'Steep Hillside'.
Hydrographic Feeds: Allt Aoinidh
Hydrographic Resurgences: Probably Allt Aoinidh
