Sink entrance to upper cave in obvious depression where Allt na Garbhlain flows off Granite onto Limestone. Immediately goes underground, just below coastal track. Upper cave resurges over igneous dyke flowing on surface a few metres to the Pothole Entrance of Lower Camas Malag Cave. Finally resurges below top of sea-cliff to cascade into Loch Slapin. Domestic rubbish sometimes dropped into sink entrance. Care needed to avoid broken glass & rusty metal while crawling in stream. Low entrance at sink immediately opens to junction. To right is bedding crawl to Upper Shuffleway. 9 m of low crawl on right comes close to small surface hole (4.6 m long by 3 m deep) on Granite, Limestone junction. To left, Upper Shufflway, interesting crawl through small chambers ending in 1 m drop to Shuffleway Inlet. Under drop is sump. Straight on sporting twisting rift drops to rejoin main stream passage. On left of sink entrance is main downstream passage. Hands & knees crawl turning right through flat out section then gaining height to walking size. After dry oxbow on left, Shuffleway enters from narrow but tall inlet on right. Streamway easy going to short crawl before rising. Choice of wet or dry exit.
