A cave near the South coast of the Island of Scarba close to and north of Camas nam Bàirneach Sig;- [Signification] "Cave of the Bay of the Limpets". NB 'north'

The photos below show a small cave at NM 68777 02720 which was measured on 3/6/24 by Chris Scaife. He did not spot a cave in this site's location, though he must have passed quite close while coming from another cave at NM 68862 02584.

Notes: Camas nam Bairneach is a bay on the South Coast of the Island of Scarba 1 mile South of Cruach Scarba and on the north Side of the Gulf of Corryvreckan. Sig;- [Significaton] "Bay of the Limpets." [Scotland's Places] Bairneach (Barnacles?)

This cave location is based on an OS cave dot and is unconfirmed.
