An unnamed subtidal, near vertical rift seacave running 37m NNW into the N side of cliff, near the low water beach in Long Slough. Inside there is a wedge plan rock which makes an easily navigable first narrows. After that there is a wide, high chamber. Then it narrows to a continuing tunnel on the right at 17 m inside. There is an overhang on the left which looked uncomfortably low on 19 May 23 at a tide level of 3.8 m. A second look on 24 May 23 was much more comfortable at 3.4 m ACD. The tunnel appears to continue >20 m beyond that, with fairly vertical sides and with shallow side to side sinuousness. Width at entrance is 4.2 m.

Alternative Names: None recorded.

Notes: Access: by sea eg N from Cove Bay Harbour. Probably best between 2 and 3 m ACD tide level. See photos 3 & 4.

Can be seen from the cliff on the S side of Long Slough.

Length is measured to 17 m and visually estimated >20 m after that. Other measurements measured on 19 May 23.
