Cave, may once have contained archaeological deposits, now washed out.
Alternate Names: None recorded.
Notes: The coordinates given place this cave on the rocky foreshore, OS 10k background mapping shows a cave some 100 m south NR 34530b75050 within a sunken gully although there is no sign of this on aerial photographs. The probability is that these are the same cave. [Further information is required from the original survey notes.] A third possibility is slightly to the northeast at NR 34552 75147 where there is an inlet from the sea. It is suggested that anyone looking for this particular cave investigate all three locations and any other likely spots in the vicinity at NR 34577 75128 associated with this.
