Mine adit. Mouth to 1.1 m-wide x 0.5 m-wide portal situated in the N bank of the Allt Tarsuinn. Portal has been covered with a modern metal grill. Adit shown on mine plan (SP1050) connects with the Deep Level to the N.

Notes: This is probably the adit mouth shown on mine plan SP1050, although mine plan shows this W of the coordinates documented by J. Pickin report that states [NM 80120 65859].

Corrantree Mine was worked extensively from 1722 - 1815, re-worked mid 19th century and re-examined but not worked in 1950s. Vein at surface between NM 8006 6560 and NM 8048 6585.
