The coordinates given for this cave are initially unlikely but aerial photographs show this as on the line of the raised beach cliffs northeast of Kinallan. There may be other cave along this stretch of raised beach.
Large deep cave, test pitted, contains archaeological deposits and constructions. Two test pits dug through deep stratigraphy but bedrock not reached. Many burnt layers and smoke blackening on roof suggest several periods of occupation. Finds include sherds of 19th to 20th century pottery and rim sherd of medieval hand-made pottery.
Alternate Names: None recorded.
