Sea caves, two shown on OS map on the coast south of Eilean Sguinnean nan Creige Briste and two shown north of Eilean Sguinnean nan Creige Briste. Cave [3] at NB 55198 53481 is on the east facing cliff, north of the island.
Alternative Names: None recorded.
Notes: Sguinnean nan Creige Briste is the older spelling and translates as the Sharp Point (pinnacle or promontory?) of the Broken Crag. Sguinean nan Creagan Briste is more modern and could also be translated as the Shadows of the Little Broken Crag(s). Eilean Sguinnean nan Creige Briste is a small island of sea stack in a small bay East of Loch Sgiereach na Creige Brist (Loch of the promontory of the Broken Crag).
