"possible World War II observation post built of concrete is situated on the S side of the A990 at the N end of a curving spur which runs from Chancellor Road to the Great Eastern Road. The structure consists of a double blast wall protecting an entrance to a rock cut tunnel which runs S into the cliff...

Notes: Reportedly a WW2 air raid shelter and used for bomb storage [D. Hendry, FB comment], although Canmore considers it to be a possible observation post.
