Former railway Tunnel (1840-1883), completely demolished to form an uncovered cutting when the line was widened to four tracks. Formerly c.200 m long.

'A tunnel about 1/8 of a Mile in length on the Glasgow and Paisley Joint Railway one mile and a quarter from Paisley." [OS1/26/1/20]
