Quarry, Mine (Limestone).
19th Century limestone quarry with a short-lived mine level driven in 1939 by the Charlestown Lime Co. Ltd. It closed in 1940. The workings have now been infilled and built over by Chapel Level Care Home / residential buildings of Castlemount Terrace.
