Site of inlet to culvert passing under the dismantled Caledonian Railway, Bridgeton Cross and Carmylie Section on the line of the Tollcross Burn. Either removed c. 1964 or incorporated into modern culvert under Tollcross Park Grove and now continuing from Tollcross Park south to the River Clyde.
