Lochaline Mines visited by Dick Grindlay but found locked. Nearby at Drimmin [Drimnin] he found a small rock shelter marked on the OS map, but it is only a shallow 3x2m overhang 1.5m deep.
Alternative Names: None recorded.
Notes: Coordinates given (for Lochaline, possibly Dunaline) marked as 'Cave' on OS 10 k background map and Mine on Streetmap: Unable to confirm this is the correct location [Drimmin actually considerably to west of Lochaline, north of Sound of Mull with no cave or rockshelter indicated].
