Raised beach sea cave with walls to the front to form 'chapel' within. Supposedly occupied by St. Modwena in the 5th century. Surveyed by Dr Robert Trotter in 1870.

Notes: The name Meden (or Modwena) may be Mo (my in Irish) and Dwena, a modified form of Triduana.
