Large mortar bonded arched sandstone tunnel from Castlehill towards Upper Bow. Seen briefly 30 October - 14 December 2012, during ground-breaking associated with replacement of low pressure gas main. Large arched tunnel constructed of mortar bonded sandstone recorded below roundabout opposite Hub, runs from Castlehill in direction of Upper Bow.

Notes: Location for Canmore coordinates shown on Pastmap inaccurate and Canmore ID has changed to 346277 (994081 used as event ID). Site also erroneously linked to sites of Olympic Rings and landslips in Castle Gardens north of the esplanade.
