• The current OS has a cave dot and 'Natural Arch' at the NE end of the bridge between the NE end and the SW end of the island.
• Google Aerial of the Burrian has sunlight shining through the arch and illuminating frothy sea on the NW side.
• Photo 1 shows The Burrian with Meo Ness in the background. Taken from an aircraft - probably flying downwind before landing in a NE direction on the Fairisle airport. If it had been taken a couple of seconds later, it would have shown the arch.
