A near vertical rift, low intertidal cave facing NE from the sea entrance which has this SW supratidal entrance in the S part of Clashrodney (name of inlet or 'creek' in the Namebook).

There is a tunnel, just wide enough to be navigable to about half way , entered from NO 94685 99192, and through which I could see an illuminated pebble beach. Light comes in from this beached entrance.

By land: the SW entrance may be accessible without rope.

The length is the distance between NGRs + estimated 2 m from the SW entrance. Alt is estimated ACD.

Photo 1 shows this entrance. It is the small black opening slightly to the left of the kayak's bow. Taken 19 August 2019 - before the rest of the cave had been found.
