A relatively small cave has had minor quarrying on inside roof and is another very well hidden entrance on raised beach. Entrance roof displays in-situ Permian reptilian footprint trails. I first reported these trails early 1990s, I'm a retired 'metboy'...meteorologist, Elgin Museum joke...' [Dave Longstaff]

Alternative Names: None recorded.

Notes: Access: down from the path at about NJ 16952 70338 through disused Covesea Quarry workings and then a steep rock debris slope. Slightly easier at the E end. Bottom half of tide.
