An intertidal flying buttress type arch on the east side of Horse Head.

Alternate Names: None recorded.

Notes: Access: by sea E from Findochty Harbour. It is probably navigable near high tide.

by land - as for and via Foul Hole in the bottom half of the tide.

The NGR above is the NW entrance. The SE entrance is at NJ 47481 68418.

1st Ed OS 25 in shows this arch more or less correctly, but quite a bit longer than it is now. In particular that the south east entrance is near, but not connected to the east entrance of Foul Hole - which is the lower, EW tunnel.
