Ice House, Early 19th century.
NW facing, segmental-arched opening, granite with brick arch-ring, to domed chamber of ice house, now closed up. [HES]

Birse placenames book states this is possibly responsible for the naming of the nearby building of Auchnafoy (cf. Ach' na h-Uamha).
