Opened post-1855, & closed pre-1893. Shaft site now buried below farm yard gravel.

Notes: Geol. Survey map states: "Cur. 12 or 14 fms" [Curdly Ironstone at 22 or 26 m].
1895 OS map (surveyed 1893) shows shaft as flooded, whilst shaft is absent from 1856 map (surveyed 1854-55).
