A small culvert inlet at the base of raised beach sea cliff (or a steep embankment) south of Greenock Road, Port Glasgow. Originally, the Park Burn (rising near Park Farm) was a smaller tributary of the Woodhall Burn meeting the larger stream just south of the road. In the 1860s, a large ornamental pond was constructed at the junction of the streams where a small bridge allowed traffic across the stream. In the 1920s, the pond was infilled and two rows of tenements were built with the streams culverted (possibly running to a single outfall at the east end of the pond).
Alternative Names: None recorded.
