Mine (Ironstone), early 19th Century.
Shaft site possibly buried below driveway of private residence (based on given coords), adjacent to remains of associated bing to SE.

Notes: Given 8 fig. NGR derived from OS georef tool (using unannotated shaft symbol on geol. survey map). MRA map suggests shaft location closer to [NS 9407 6104].
Scottish Shale website states mine was operational pre-1843.
