Water Diversion Tunnel, Hydro-electric scheme.
Outfall at given coordinates from where the stream continues alongside an aqueduct to Loch Glashan. A dam creating a small pond further upstream towards Blackmill Loch diverts water into the tunnel at [NR 9409 9565] (c.114m alt).
Alternative Names: None recorded.
Notes: Minimum length of 690 m (straight distance from dammed pond to outfall).
From the description provided, it is unclear whether the intake at the dammed small pond is the start of the tunnel, or if there is an additional intake further upstream at Blackmill Loch.
