Notes: BGS GeoIndex shows two adits at [NS 77935 74642] & [77959 74649].
What appears to be a mine mouth visible at given coordinates on satellite imagery [Google Earth 2025], taken during development / landscaping of residential area.
Name from BGS (the Mid Forest plantation has since been destroyed).
