Rockshelter in Limestone. Overall width 20 m, depth 12 m, sizeable stream sinking in entrance. Bottom choked with boulders & rubble. To either side small 5 m dry chambers but go nowhere.
Alternative Names: Bealach Rock Shelter [1]
Notes: The names of the regions and the boundary between regions has changed several times and the site is close to the present boundary. It has previously been recorded in Argyllshire and Invernessshire while it is now officially in Highland region close to the boundary with Argyll and Bute.
