A folly is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Perthshire 1867, sheet lxii) as 'Duchess's Cave' however the same location is depicted as 'Lady Charlotte's Cave' on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map.
'Duchess's Cave' is located approximately 90 metres to the NE of this site.
