An upper intertidal arch, aligned NE/SW, which goes through one of the ridges mentioned in (1), giving access to the head of a geo. It has a large boulder in it, on the east side, which makes the way past it fairly narrow. Width = 7.9 m (ignoring that boulder).
Alternative Names: None recorded.
Notes: NGR is the south entrance; north one at NO 90338 91697.
Access: Go into Muchalls, turn right along a gradually less well tarmac-ed lane and park near the access tunnel under the railway. The path may not have been repaired after a 2020 heavy rain event, but is passable. Needs bottom half of tide.
Navigable by sea on a high spring tide and low swell.
