Probable blocked outfall from flooded quarry. No visible entrance, stream rises from shaded hollow in gulley east of quarry. Second rising a short distance (4/5 m) up slope.

Alternative Names: None recorded.

Notes: Joseph Udny plan c. 1773 suggest this might be the original entrance to the lead/siver mine adit.
