Cave. Entrance at bottom of distinctive 8 m deep shakehole. Rock face on E side about 100 m SW of Stream Sink. Two other large shakes to S, one with pool. Low 6 m passage leads under rock face to 3 m pitch, choked at foot, but eyehole 1 m from floor allows restricted view into small chamber, estimated 1 m by 1.5 m by 1 m high.
