Treated shaft on Six Foot Coal (Lochgelly Splint equiv'), buried below foreshore close to the site of Lilias Adie's Grave.

This was possibly the site of the Torry No.1 Pit. "Exact location not known, this 19th century pit is believed to have been close to the foreshore between Low Torry and Torryburn." [Fife Pits]
