Hole - [Some distance] East along the Granite/Limestone boundary from Poll Iffren, past several impenetrable sinks. An open hole, with a 4.6 m crawl ending too tight, 10 m short of upper cave at Uamh Coile.
Alternative Names: C.G. 7, Coille Gaireallach [7], Boundary Cave?, Skeleton Cave?
Notes: Coille Gaireallach is part of the Strath SSSI. Best example of an Oak and Birch/Hazel wood developed on Durness limestone. Situated on a gentle north-facing slope, a rich limestone ground flora alternates with acid heath and flushes, with open areas and sink holes.
