Stone lined tunnel approx. 750 mm wide, 1500 mm high, 20 m long. Located in stream valley immediately west of Kinneil House. Ends in collaspse.

West wall in poor condition when last visited. May be unsafe. Erosion from stream valley and possible landslips from above.

Alternative Names: None recorded.

Notes: Early archaeological report lost but reportedly mentions side passage leading to ice house chamber and Kinneil Houe well.

Side passage and ice house not yet rediscovered.
