Site of day level marked on MRA map. Given coordinates suggests that adit mouth has been buried below residential garden at a site beside (or on) the Upper & Lower Coxtool coal seams.

Probably drained workings of nearby 18th century coal pits, such as the Stair Pit [NT 3249 9466] & the Reservoir Pit [NT 32528 94664], both of which are treated shafts.
