Former culvert outfall on the line of the eastern channel of the Brothie Burn/Alloa Mill Lade where it previously passed under Clackmannan Road. The culvert may have been redundant after the eastern channel was infilled/culverted north of the road. The empty channel was still visible as a dip in the landscape on a raised embankment until the 1990s when the Shillinghill Roundabout was constructed.
