A very small supratidal cave/rock shelter whose inside shape is pyramidal. The width at the bottom of the entrance is 3.2 m.
The BGS overlay says Gardenstown Conglomerate - which is true of the cliffs above. See ref 2 and photos 1 & 2.

Notes: Access: over a very rocky foreshore in bottom 2/3 of the tide from the W end of Pennan, where you can usually park.
