A supratidal rift cave on the Ox Layers, a little W of the Pintill Stone (a stack) . Faces SSE. It has an E entrance up a talus slope inside and outside - which is the nearest correspondence with an OS cave dot. There is an extension NNW to a small rectangular chamber which is mostly blocked by two rectangular blocks. There is a narrow gap on either side of the top block and a space ca 1.2 m above it.
This entrance is 3.9 m wide.

Notes: Access: by land - walking across fields and then down the cliff from near NO 85095 73925 and SW along the beach.
by sea - N from Inverbervie or S from Catterline and a landing on the beach.
