The S entrance is intertidal and can be walked into a short distance at low tide.
It is kayak navigable through the SW end at high tide, and in low swell.

Notes: Access: SW end from the beach where it is about 5 m wide, sloping at about 45 degrees and with a vertical height of about 15 m . NE end by sea.
