A cave/rock shelter which is mostly a narrow, horizontal slot on the unconformity between two sorts of old red sandstone - Scone sandstone below. On the left, a small a vertical rift from lower down, goes up to the unconformity. It is was measured at 7.2 m wide - but that was a bit arbitrary as the end of the horizontal slot is not well defined.
Alternative Names: Arbroath Cave [2]
Notes: Access: From the E end of Victoria Park, in the bottom half of the tide, onto the foreshore and past Whiting Ness. At the extreme west end of Horseshoe bay.
