Braddie's Cove

A fairly wide mouthed, partly subtidal seacave which has quite a low ceiling. Inside the tunnel swings round to the right ca 30 deg, to a pebble beach.

Notes: Access: by sea eg N from Catterline harbour. Best in bottom half of tide because of low roof.

OS 1st Ed 25in map shows this cave as 'Braddie's Cove' and an outline, which, like that of Hilton's and the cave immediately S of it, is inaccurate - as it shows the tunnel running straight - in fact, it turns quite sharply right.
