Ironstone & Coal Pit (19th Century).
Originally an ironstone pit, later also used for coal. Site now in woodland.
Alternative Names: Blair Colliery Pit No.7

Shown as "Ironstone Pit" with building and dedicated mineral rail line on 1865 OS 6" map.
At least 44 fathoms [80 m] deep.
Pit No.5 (not on 1858 6" OS map, but evident on 1914 25" edition) located 55 m to SE.
