'Entered by snorkeller 19/8/21. Entrance estimated ~4 m wide at waterline with ceiling ~9 m ACD but narrow above. Cave remains wide within, two alcoves at rear of cave. Cave floor at ~2-3 m BCD at entrance, shallowing to intertidal (>1 m ACD) cobble beach at rear of cave. Passage length estimated at ~13 m. Partially illuminated at back of cave. ' [Report 1145]

The NGRs of this group of caves (CI75, CI41 & CI40) are, as far as possible, consistent with photo 1, an aerial map layer and the latitudes and longitudes given in Report 1145. But they may need some modification because the aerial has the shoreline in shadow and a larger scale context photo would be really helpful.

Photo 1 shows the context of this cave in relation to two others nearby. This one is CI41. p67 of FI Caves (GSG version) which is an annexe of Report 1145.
Photo 2 shows the entrance and plan. The plan appears to have the direction of the tunnel inconsistent with photo 1. It probably faces roughly ESE. p69 of FI Caves (GSG version) which is an annexe of Report 1145.
