A supratidal cave with a big talus pile in front of and running down inside it. A wide funnel entrance, 3.2 m wide, down to a low, rounded arch. Faces due S. Inside near the end there is a row of small stalactites and small areas of sparkles, including some gold ones.

Measured for length on 24/11/21 by N Feilden. Altitude is a visual estimate and is ACD.

This could be the cave pointed to on the 1st Ed 25 in OS and is about 8 m away from the current OS cave dot.
Photo 1 the entrance to Pintil Cave 3 is on the right, and rectangular. Follow the layer level with it leftwards and round a corner. This entrance is above in the next layer up. 24/11/21.

Photo 6 the light is on gold actinomycete sparkles, with silver ones elsewhere. There is a row of very small stalactites above and a little left of the light beam. 24/11/25.
