Mine shaft, site of.
Crater visible on satellite imagery at SE end of associated spoil tip. Possibly the shaft sunk to Stewart's Level as shown on mine plan (SP1773); could however be associated with the spoil tip ca. 50m further downhill (cf. site of adit).
