Located at the base of the cliffs c.15m NW of the northern entrance to Dark Cave (and at the apex of a talus pile) but often difficult to find as the small entrance is obscured by overgrowth (although pink barite veining can be seen to mark the fracture zone along which it has formed). The entrance to the cave would have formerly been several metres high, but is now almost entirely filled by a talus slope at the base of the cliffs. The entrance descends at an angle of 45o down a mud slope for c.5m to the largest part of the cave which is 4m high by 2m wide. The last section of passage is a low crawl, just before which is the remains of a stalagmite floor, as well as a series of numbers reflecting a 1949 archaeological dig. Finds included bone needle, flints and a cow bone made into a spindle whorl.

Alternative Names: Cave 25
