A rift type tunnel which goes through Trelung Ness. There is a gloup near the N end where the roof has fallen in. The S end has a sill at NO 87960 81525 which is dry in the bottom 2/3 of the tide. The British Geological Survey shows the rift as a fault - see below.

Access: by sea in top 1/3 of tide for through passage, and moderate swell or less from NE.

By land: over fields depending on cropping. Coastal path reach to Trelung Ness.

Puffins have been seen perching - and may breed here.
