'Viewed from boat 26/6/19. A complex of arches / tunnels appear to be present running SW to NE through Skervalie. The passages are in the form of tall rifts inclined to the NW. The feature at this site appears to be an alcove meeting a back wall within a few metres. But it may continue as a narrow fissure.' [Report 1145] See comment on photo 1.

Needs a visit inside on a calm day to see whether it extends further than can be seen from the entrance.

There is a cave dot near this location on current OS layers which is incorrectly linked to a through tunnel whose N entrance is a bit further E.
Photo 1 entrance taken 26/11/19 by NS. N Feilden comment: to me it looks as if there could be something at the the and on the right (NW). This suggests that an internal look with a light would be worthwhile. p11 of FI Caves (GSG version) which is an annexe to Report 1145.
